LITTLE KNOWN EMERGENCY POWERS IN THE SPOTLIGHT!
A CIVICS LESSON FOR GUN OWNERS & READERSHIP!

by Black Wire Media Wed. March 18, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Part One of a Series: WHO TOOK ALL YOUR RIGHTS AWAY?

The EMERGENCY before us entitles our state & federal governments to act on our behalf in such a manner as to make one think the entire U.S. Constitution is being set-aside. The truth is, plans that have arisen for this emergency to public health, safety & welfare are based upon the 1950's Red Scare of the aftermath of nuclear war in the post WW2 era!

Back then it was "Civil Defense". Now it's the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in conjunction with state & local O.E.M.'s employing the FEMA "master plan" for Nuclear, Biologic & Chemical warfare. Go read that again. That's right, the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) put in place for a biological agent being used in an attack scenario is currently being used to some extent. The measures are the same, and if followed, should contain the spread of the Corona Virus. The emergency powers granted to state's Governors exceed that of POTUS. That's why POTUS held a Governors meeting a few days ago. A classroom brush-up on HOW to do what was done!

How do we know all of this? As a former member of my local O.E.M., I had the task of reading our town's EOP and implementing portions of it involving both shelter management and amateur radio communications. Inside that 3-ring binder were (ARE) Boogeymen released in a staged process, and yes it gets scary. Thank God we never had to use nuclear attack protocols!

The article I found just today highlights some of these emergency powers and gives explanations of HOW they came to be along with SCOTUS citations. This is a MUST READ for those of you that aren't history junkies of post WW2, aren't from a (supervisory) first responder background, or those that aren't old enough to have practiced "DUCK & COVER" Drills in grade school. Part Two will cover the unfolding story of the New Brunswick, NJ Police Records Bureau refusing new applicants for gun permits.

    Thanks for reading! ---Rosey

TWYNE'S NJ GUN CHARGES DROPPED BY PROSECUTOR!
UNION CO. PROSECUTOR STILL HAS GUN & CREDENTIALS!

by Black Wire Media Friday Mar. 13, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Roosevelt Twyne no longer faces the wrath of persecution under convoluted New Jersey gun law, where having a CARRY permit can still buy you two felony charges for "illegal transportation" to get your firearm home and for "hollow nose bullets" that in fact AREN'T HOLLOW according to the NJ State Police Firearms Bureau. Here's the quote from the Union County NJ Prosecutor: “In light of that investigation, this Office has concluded that, although probable cause existed to arrest and charge (him) at the time of his arrest, it is not in the interests of justice to continue his prosecution”. Our Editorial translation: We enjoy splitting hairs in Union County when it comes to NJ gun law, we feel we did nothing wrong and therefore will continue to allow arrests & harassments of legal gun owners WITH CARRY PERMITS in our jurisdiction!

BREAKING! NJ GRASS ROOTS 2A VIDEO IS HERE!
"LET'S TAKE IT BACK" FEATURES CNJFO MEMBERS!

by Black Wire Media Tues. March 10, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Anthony Smith of 2A Productions, a Monmouth Co. based pro-gun independent film maker who convinced many CNJFO members, and some notable #2AHeavyLifters to participate in this groundbreaking video series, today released his first video of the project entitled, "The 2nd Amendment - Let's Take It Back". A year in the making, the short video highlights that the 2nd Amendment is OWNED BY THE PEOPLE, and shouldn't be trifled with. The film is part of a series featuring 41 average Americans, all of which volunteered their time because they believe wholeheartedly in the project.

The film series crosses political, racial, and socio-economic lines to give regular citizens a voice and put a face to Americans who support Gun Rights. Viewers will recognize Tony Simon from The 2nd is for Everyone Diversity Shoot, CNJFO's VP Dave "Rosey" Rosenthal, USPSA Grand Master steel shooter Emily Cutts, and several CNJFO members & supporters. Please share the video to your personal & group pages to get the widest circulation and tag yourselves. It's OUR 2nd Amendment!

CNJFO promoted participation in and offered guidance for this film project. We congratulate Smith on his finished product and are looking forward to seeing the next video in the series! Smith states: “Bloomberg and other politicians have worked tirelessly to demonize a Civil Right that belongs to every American; I will make my best effort to humanize us at an equal level.” The project was filmed in NJ at the Union Hill Gun Club and Gun for Hire range.

UPDATE ON ROOSEVELT TWYNE ARREST ON FEB. 20TH!
NRA-ILA HELPS NJ SECURITY GUARD STORY GO VIRAL!

by Black Wire Media Mon. March 9, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action just got on-board with the Roosevelt Twyne story. Yes, that one! The one where a NJ hand gun permit to carry holder gets pulled over for too-dark window tint and winds-up facing two felony charges for hand gun possession AND having the wrong ammo in his gun! This black eye for the Roselle Park, NJ Police Department just got worse! Soon, national & international media will surely pick it up. Will the Union Co. NJ Prosecutor do the right thing and dismiss the charges or will they double-down some more? Only time will tell. We'll be there with all the links, expert analysis and commentary we can find on this evolving story, so stay tuned!

UNION CO., NJ PROSECUTOR STUPIDLY DOUBLES DOWN!  TWYNE DOING TV SHOWS AS ROSELLE PARK TREMBLES!

by Black Wire Media Mon. March 9, 2020 http://www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Roosevelt Twyne, the 25 year old SORA-carded armored car security guard arrested February 8th on allegedly false charges of "hand gun possession" WITH A VALID NJ PERMIT TO CARRY same, and ammunition the NJ State Police say (on the NJSP website) that's NOT "evil" hollow points, is shown here making the rounds on the talk show circuit this morning with his lawyer at his side. FYI: actual hollow point ammo IS legal in NJ both at home & the range, and firearms owners know this! He goes to Court April 2nd, that is unless Union County's Prosecutor feels the HEAT and resolves this by dropping the charges? Stay tuned for more updates as this story is going viral!

ANJRPC WELCOMES GRDOVIC AS CNJFO PRESIDENT!  2A UNITY CELEBRATED AT ANJRPC BOARD MEETING!

by Black Wire Media Sunday March 8, 2020 http://www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners maintains a great working relationship with our NJ state NRA organization, the Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs. The Coalition is the only independent 2A organization invited to attend their Board meetings and CNJFO is also a "Member Club" of ANJRPC. ANJRPC Executive Director & NRA Board of Director Scott Bach welcomed our newly-elected President Dan Grdovic to today's ANJRPC Board meeting, offering his congratulations followed by applause from the entire body. ANJRPC Executive Vice President & NRA Board of Director Anthony "Gun For Hire" Colandro thanked Grdovic for his volunteerism, adding, "Dan, his wife and their two kids have been shooting at GFH Range for years".

During the half-day meeting, CNJFO Vice President Dave "Rosey" Rosenthal introduced Grdovic and gave a report on Coalition activities, with emphasis on our upcoming Youth Days at the Range. Rosenthal also thanked ANJRPC for their continued sponsorship of our swag raffles held throughout the year. Grdovic added to the discussion on several meeting topics and is already working with NRA Field Rep. & ANJRPC Board member Craig Decker to help bring a Friends of NRA Dinner to the central Jersey area. Last year Decker oversaw $50,000 in NRA grants distributed to NJ shooting clubs through FNRA.

Pictured L-R is CNJFO's Dave "Rosey" Rosenthal, ANJRPC's Executive Director Scott Bach, and CNJFO President Dan Grdovic.
