NJ DECIDES WHO LIVES & DIES ON ALTAR OF GUN CONTROL! "JUSTIFIABLE NEED" UNCONSTITUTIONAL POST-HELLER!

by David Rosenthal, Editor in-Chief of Black Wire Media
    Friday Jan. 31, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

New Jersey's Superior Court Judges have an "easy out" that lifts the burden of decision making and enables them to point to a decades-old rule established through the misapplication of good intentions: our "Justifiable Need" statute that DENIES citizens of their right to carry a firearm for self-protection! WAIT...What? Superior Court? Isn't that for CRIMINAL trials? What are law-abiding gun owners doing THERE in the first place? Go to www.JustifiableNeed.com to find out and come back HERE! Read-on...

NJ's system of "AUTO-DENIAL" (think auto-responder emails) of firearms carry rights is racist in nature and was created to ensure that only the "right people" get a gun permit to carry. After being denied is when the real money gets spent. Ask guys like Mark Cheeseman & Jay Factor. Mark's U.S. Supreme Court case #19-27 is still ON-HOLD! CNJFO held a "matching funds campaign" a while back that netted over $11,000 thus far for his case. His case is unique in that he can't be "bought-off" with a permit, thus "mooting" the case. Absolutely BRILLIANT in design, CNJFO did submit an amicus brief on its' behalf! We're the ONLY 2A organization that did!

Only the rich & powerful get their carry applications approved. John Q. Public, the man or woman stopping for milk on the way home, the segment of the population most affected by crime, the very people that NEED a defensive firearm the most, and can't afford the legal battle to obtain their RIGHTS under the US Constitution, only those "serfs" are denied! You got a problem with that? You should! Everyone, regardless of socio-economic condition deserves to live. Mansion owners AND the middle & lower classes. Gun control's racist roots are exposed every day. A casual glace at reality is all it takes. Smoke & mirrors aren't required...

Over the last half-century, NJ's scourge of "Justifiable Need" has morphed into an abomination, an out-of-control---and thanks to the Heller decision in 2008--now UNCONSTITUTIONAL law that still uses "case-by-case determination" to decide who gets a firearms carry permit and who DOESN'T. Put bluntly, NJ doesn't give a SH!T about Heller, about the Constitution, about the First Amendment, about the Second Amendment or about US, the law-abiding, gun-owning serfs! Heaven forbid a pizza delivery person blows away a Perp with a yellow sheet (arrest record) as long as your arm!

"What makes guns so special? We vote on things we know nothing about all the time!"---NJ State Senator Loretta Weinberg

As bodies stack-up like cordwood every weekend in Chicago, instead of learning what NOT to do, NJ's politicians "double-down" digging their heads even deeper into quicksand. The more gun control they push, the more victims they create. ---David Rosenthal

It's mind-boggling how easy the disenfranchised lower class was convinced that inanimate objects (firearms) are "bad" instead of the PERPS, the CREEPS, the Gang-Bangers in the Hood. Cities like Newark & Camden get to maintain the status-quo by keeping gun-grabbers in office in a self-fulfilling prophecy of dependence on government to solve all our problems. How come I don't have the right to decide to FIGHT BACK? Follow the MONEY!

Speaking of money, our Governor & Attorney General, hell-bent on disarming the law-abiding in scheme after scheme, just announced last Wednesday NJ is spending another $20 MILLION of our tax dollars on "gun violence". Meanwhile women like 39 year old Carol Bowne lay in graveyards due to the application of GUN CONTROL, a broken firearms permitting system that takes months instead of minutes (my son's Pennsy license to carry firearms was a 5 minute NICS check!) and NJ's "JUSTIFIABLE NEED"!

New Jersey politicos are so smart their stupid, or they treat us like WE ARE! They constantly need reminded that the U.S. Constitution EXISTS! There's even a guy running for Governor that told me to my face AT A GUN CLUB MEETING attended by hundreds, "a gun owner should be at least 40 years of age with 10 YEARS of firearms experience PRIOR to applying for a firearms carry permit in NJ". I guess domestic violence victims like Berlin, NJ's Carol Bowne are just "S.O.L." (Sh*t Outta Luck)!

The best-kept secret in NJ's 2nd Amendment community is CNJFO's sister (trademarked) website, www.JustifiableNeed.com . We printed tee shirts to make a huge splash a few years back. Featuring our "Charlie-the-Perp" on the front stating, "Criminals Carry Guns Every Day!" and on the reverse " Why are You DENIED?", the tees were manufactured in gray and safety green to draw attention. Membership Committee Co-Chair Jaime Rivera is seen here wearing his on the dance floor of a family function.

Too "IN YOUR FACE" for NJ's closeted gun owners, they received wide smiles & lots of accolades but dismal sales. They're still available in limited quantities---a true Coalition collector's item of sorts! Our "Charlie-the-Perp" paper shooting targets are still quite popular and can also be found at our online store: www.cnjfo.com/Store .

#DoingSomething to help us is as easy as supporting CNJFO through annual memberships, a purchase at our online store, a tax-deductible donation or volunteering some time & talent. You needn't be in NJ to help fight the cancer of INCREMENTALISM! What happens in Jersey doesn't STAY in NJ! One glance at Virginia will tell the tale. So HOW will YOU do YOUR PART? For more articles & info, visit www.cnjfo.com/news

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Rosenthal hardly ever puts his name to anything he writes. Instead of diluting the limelight, he prefers that the subject at-hand receive all the attention. His firearms background with 48 years "behind the trigger" is as extensive as it is varied. The country's first NRA Double Distinguished Expert in black powder shooting, Rosenthal is also an IDPA & USPSA action shooter, pheasant & hog hunter, sporting clays aficionado, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer, Instructor, Mentor, and "Shootist".

With over a quarter century of experience teaching safe firearms handling & operation to NJ youth, Rosenthal has volunteered to Scout Troops teaching BSA shotgun & rifle merit badges and has run "Black Powder Rifle Stations" at several Scout Camps throughout NJ. When he's not pouring EXPLOSIVES, chairing a Coalition fundraiser or creating HAVOC with his opinions, he writes & edits for CNJFO's Black Wire Media on all topics firearms related. His articles on Lacey Twp., NJ Board of Education's denial of students firearms rights has reached millions. His story of a disabled combat Marine Vet's 30-round standard capacity mags brought to light abuses in NJ's Red Flag firearms seizure & divorce law. We hope you enjoy his poignant style.

CNJFO's APRIL HOG HUNT HAS 7 SPOTS TO SELL!
NJ ASSEMBLYMAN PARKER SPACE HUNTS WITH US!

by Black Wire Media Monday Jan. 27, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners held a history-making Hog Hunt fundraiser yesterday at Mohr's Island, in the middle of the Susquehanna River near Bainbridge, PA. NJ State Assemblyman Parker F. Space and his son Hunter Space each harvested a fine specimen along with ANJRPC's lead attorney Dan Schmutter and 12 other hunters at this sold-out event held yesterday (January 26th) on the 150 acre island known for its' "walking & stalking" hunts featuring 250-300 pound hogs.

It was a first for CNJFO and any other 2nd Amendment organization based in NJ, as Space, a well-respected Legislator that fights with us against the tyranny of unconstitutional gun law, his son Hunter and our State NRA Association's lead attorney Dan Schmutter hunted with us! We're proud of the friendships the Coalition has formed since our inception 5 years ago, and congratulate all 15 of yesterday's Hunters on their safety practices and their harvests.

As our Hunters signed-in at the boat ramp upon arrival, they were each given a Gun For Hire red sling bag loaded with GFH logo'd "goodies" courtesy of NRA Board of Director Anthony Colandro, Gun For Hire's flamboyant owner. Colandro is running for reelection to the NRA Board and CNJFO proudly endorses him! (All 5-year NRA members & Life members received a ballot last week, so check your mailboxes)! Colandro hosts Gun For Hire Radio, a weekly podcast that reaches at least a million gun owners. We insert a NJ state NRA Association newsletter (News & Briefs, edited by supporter Marjorie Kleiman) along with everything from safety tips to a work order from our sponsoring Butcher, V. Roche & Son from Whitehouse Station, NJ, as well as literature & swag from all our sponsors. Gun For Hire's red sling bags make it all possible!

The 15 hogs were spread throughout most of the 150 acre island in the Susquehanna River, and Saturday's day-long soaking rain made things a bit muddy, but as nothing will deter a hog hunter in search of BACON, all hunters harvested a fine specimen, which our guides expertly field-dressed and transported to the boat ramp. When the Hunt is over our hunters then receive assistance from the guides in lifting the hogs into hunter's vehicles.

A hot lunch featuring brats made with hogs from the same source, chips & drinks awaited the capacity crowd upon completion of the Hunt. A raffle for great prizes followed, with Henry Repeating Arms, NRA-ILA, Second Amendment Foundation and CNJFO all donating swag, and SC Arms' Derek Pitera donated a gift certificate for a AR-15 lower (winner has to pass NICS, observe ALL NJ law & take possession at SC Arms in Spotswood, NJ).

The fundraising Hunt is one of a pair held by the Coalition each season that runs from mid-December to the first week in May. CNJFO Treasurer Jack Pyle and Shows & Community Outreach Committee member Jon MacMillan assisted Hunt Chair & CNJFO Vice President Dave "Rosey" Rosenthal at the Hunt.

MacMillan & Rosenthal gave their hunting spots to the Space's so the Coalition could make history. Rosey & "Mac" will be hunting on Sunday April 5th. Care to join NJ's most active 2A group as we make more history? The Coalition hopes to sell-out its' Sunday April 5th Hog Hunt being held at the same venue. Registration for the Sunday April 5th Hunt can be found HERE: https://www.cnjfo.com/event-3676112 .

WELL ARMED WOMAN CHAPTER SEEKS MEMBERS!

by Black Wire Media Sat. Jan. 25, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Theresa Inacker, Communications Director here at the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners and the NJ Ambassador of The DC Project, has been invited to speak at the Thursday February 6th meeting of The Well Armed Woman Jersey Shore OC Chapter, held at Garden State Shooting Center (the groups host range) in Lakewood, NJ. The 6:30pm meeting is OPEN TO ANY WOMAN wishing to attend, as this TWAW chapter (one of five in NJ), headed by Chapter Leaders & Heidi Bergmann-Schoch & Jill Dillner, is seeking to expand their membership.

TWAW is the official Host for this dynamic, history-making presentation, as it's the first time TWAW has asked a CNJFO Executive Committee member to speak, and Inacker is thrilled to bring her 2A message to them. Registration for the meeting is FREE and is a MUST! It's limited to the first (13) WOMEN that REGISTER HERE: www.cnjfo.com/event-3721776 . As seating is capped due to prior registration of TWAW chapter members, we ask that only those that CAN attend reserve a seat!

AFTER THE MEETING IS WHEN THE FUN STARTS!

    From Chapter co-Leader Heidi Bergmann-Schoch:

"We will not have an organized shoot after the meeting that night HOWEVER we will have some gals on the range and it is usually a slow night. Thursday night is Ladies night, so anyone wishing to shoot can rent a lane inexpensively along with discounts on ammo and gun rental."

Heidi has also arranged for several certified Instructor-volunteers to be on-hand should someone new to firearms wish to experience a safe & friendly range session oozing with TWAW camaraderie! To learn more about TWAW chapters near you, please visit: https://twawshootingchapters.org/find-a-local-chapter/

    BACKGROUND:

Inacker is a 2nd Amendment force of nature, prolific writer on all issues 2A, and is just back from Richmond, Virginia, where she & approx. 50,000 2A Patriots stood-up to the grossly unconstitutional laws proposed by Virginia's Governor Ralph Northam. Her talk will cover a full range of 2A subjects with emphasis on the U.S. Constitution and SCOTUS in particular. She'll explain her volunteer position with CNJFO, and provide info on The DC Project as its' New Jersey Ambassador.

The DC Project is a group of 50 women---one from each state---that marches on Washington every summer pounding on the doors of our elected Representatives & US Senators to inform them that women have the right of self defense and to choose the tools necessary to ensure it. Inacker is currently seeking volunteers to do DC Project style "visits" with NJ Legislators. For more info on The DC Project, visit: www.dcproject.info .

Wearing many hats, Inacker is an attorney, Mom, AR-15 sporting rifle owner, target shooter, pheasant hunter, former Editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal and has been admitted to the US Supreme Court Bar. As such she's represented us on broadcast TV, at rallies, and speaking engagements throughout NJ. We congratulate TWAW and Theresa for putting this dynamic program together!

RICHMOND VA. POWDERKEG DEFUSED BY PATRIOTS!
FREE WORLD WAITING FOR NORTHAM'S NEXT MOVE!

by Black Wire Media's Theresa Inacker & David Rosenthal
    Wednesday January 22, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

No tear gas thrown & no gunfire broke-out as over 50,000 freedom loving gun owners from all across America joined forces to SCHOOL the ultra-left, gun-grabbing "establishment" in what happens when the birthright of this nation, a Constitutional Republic---THE SECOND AMENDMENT---is threatened.

In essence, here's what YOU NEED TO KNOW:

One of the original thirteen cradles of the Republic came under attack and AMERICA RESPONDED! The legacy media is the proprietor of disinformation and lies. Days before we were told Antifa was bringing bus loads of troublemakers, we were told white supremacists were planning bad things; pure lies. Don’t get suckered in. We sensed some of you had a lot of anxiety about it beforehand. We believe in 2A and we're prepared to do whatever we must to defend it, so being a chicken sh*t is not an option for us as 2A LEADERS! We will walk the walk, and think those of you who know Rosey, Cliff, Alex & Theresa understand that.

We arrived at "the Diamond" to take the shuttle bus. We waited in line about an hour and realized it was overcrowded so we took plan B and drove in, then walked about a mile. That was a good move. We ended up at 9th and Bank streets and decided to hang our banner on the iron fence.

We met the nicest people, kindly gentlemen and ladies. YES, a LOT of women were there from all walks of life, just like the men! Everyone we spoke with said they appreciated that we were there to support them. We were there to warn them to not let gun-grabbing tyrannical leftists take a foothold. That they don’t know when to stop.

We told them our horror stories on the train on the way down, while standing in line patiently waiting for the shuttle bus, and in the streets, their mouths hanging open aghast at the INCREMENTALISM and how TYRANNY has enveloped one of the original thirteen Colonies these last five decades. To say we left an impression on them is the understatement of the year. We call it scared straight-it was like that.

Our advice was that it is much harder to get your rights back after they’ve been infringed. It’s like digging out of a big hole. They’re better off not letting go of their rights to begin with!

We noticed some people on the rooftops (see pic) and it made us uncomfortable. Chopper hovering directly over our heads with its' constant whirl was comforting, but that huge drone, so big the FAA requires a red strobe light for it, got a little too close to the chopper at times. That was literally the only things that made us uncomfortable.

Nothing on the ground made us uncomfortable. FULLY-LOADED AR-15's in every size, color and caliber imaginable, all with standard capacity 30 round mags, in hands-free display on tactical slings was the "admission ticket" to the Party atmosphere outside the "kill-zone" CAGE, which close to 50,000 righteous Patriots left fully intact. In fact, not a clamp was bent, not a link was climbed as the onerous attempt at the encapsulation of freedom-loving Patriots willing to be protected by the ARMED CROWD PEACEFULLY ASSEMBLED was met with the pledge of allegiance, the national Anthem, and Kate Smith's God Bless America as the overflow crowd from all over the country strained to hear the speakers during the rally & instead broke out in song and chant of USA!, USA!, USA!

Richmond, Virginia was probably the safest city on the planet Monday! We were surrounded by our brethren, our family, like-minded people of every persuasion. Straights, Gays, White, Black, Latino, Trans, Moms pushing baby strollers, literally every group our "Masters" say hate each other! "An ARMED Society is a POLITE Society" never rung more true. WE ARE THE MILITIA! In fact it says so in the Virginia Constitution---something we learned Monday! ---Dave Rosenthal

We missed seeing & meeting lots of Jersey 2A "notables" such as US Supreme Court Petitioner Mark Cheeseman, Dave Padua, Ed Cabrera, Lou Carr, William Hayden and so many, many more. The huge crowd was both a wonderful blessing and a curse, preventing a meet-up. We enjoyed your pictures, your TV interview, and your company from afar. Patriots ALL & thanks for your steadfast, rock-solid support of the 2nd Amendment!

It appeared to us as if CNJFO was the ONLY 2nd Amendment organization from NJ in attendance. That being said, we're proud of all of our members that came to Richmond on their own without even being asked to do so!

Image may contain: one or more people

We greeted Virginia House of Delegates member Nick Freitas as he strolled up to the gate at 9th & Bank, thanking him on behalf of all New Jersey gun owners for his love of our precious Second Amendment and resulting viral video of his speech from the floor of the Virginia House of Delegates seen on You Tubehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqqJKChKRzI

We're very grateful to CNJFO member, Black Wire Media staff writer & Patriot Alex Gubenko for being our local tour guide and host. We had a great time as the four of us, including David, Cliff, and Theresa reported live from the scene, did taped interviews, took pictures, represented all freedom-loving New Jerseyians and lived the moment in History that will NEVER be forgotten!

We saw Alex Jones in his big armored vehicle. It was a sight to behold, loud speakers & all. Later we had lunch at Mission BBQ and made several new friends that went out of their way to thank us for our "mutual-aid" efforts. The Wegmans had a wine bar. Where has this been all our lives?

Monday's Rally was a demonstration to the Soros's & Bloomberg's AND their ilk that us "commoners", when righteously provoked, will stand shoulder-to-shoulder to defend LIBERTY! We sincerely hope Virginia's Governor got the message. HELL, WE HOPE THE FREE WORLD GOT THE MESSAGE!

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Not a single tea leaf got wet, and as history intersects current events, our continued destiny awaits. CNJFO will be under the microscope. Which side will Yee be ON? Like what you see here? If so, please consider a small tax-deductible gift, as our 501(c)3 status is good in all 50 states.

Theresa Inacker is Communications Director for and David Rosenthal is Vice President of the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners. Together, they lead a diverse writing staff that has what it takes to write & edit trailblazing, inciteful, informational, and thoroughly enjoyable articles on all facets of gun ownership. Articles with expert analysis & PUNCH! The things YOU need to know straight from the street, without the fluff.

From the politics of 2A BATTLES to USPSA & IDPA experience, pheasant, deer & hog hunting, target shooting, etc., our staff has decades of experience. For a peek at our ongoing library of great articles, please visit: www.cnjfo.com/news . Thanks for caring & sharing!
