IS IT RACIAL PROFILING BY NJ COPS OR A REAL CRIME?  SAME AMMO OFF-DUTY COPS CARRY LEADS TO ARREST!

by Black Wire Media Sat. March 7, 2020 http://www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Should NJ residents feel safer or is this merely blatantly overzealous and possibly ILLEGAL enforcement of draconian NJ gun law? YOU DECIDE! Roosevelt Twyne was employed as an armored car security guard, complete with a NJ hand gun carry license, legally-registered hand gun with a NJ-legal 10 round magazine, and THE SAME AMMO OFF-DUTY NJ POLICE CARRY in their firearms. A month ago tomorrow, February 8th, his world would never be the same! Using window tint as the reason for the motor vehicle "stop", the Police pulled him over on the way home from work. He informed the three Roselle Park, NJ Police officers of who & what he was and that he was in possession of the firearm.

Things somehow escalated and Twyne was ARRESTED for "hollow point bullets" which in fact are the same brand "Hornady Critical Duty" rounds  off-duty police from all 21 counties in NJ have been authorized to carry! NJ State Police have determined since no hollow cavity exists in these rounds, the BULLETS AREN'T HOLLOW POINTS!

Twyne is now unemployed and facing YEARS of hard prison time if convicted. Since Twyne was arrested for the "alleged hollow points", his possession of his sidearm is then deemed ILLEGAL, and THAT charge carries an additional 18 months in state prison. He has retain legal counsel and set-up a Go-Fund Me: https://gogetfunding.com/roosevelt-twyne-legal-defense-fund/. His story is going viral, and there MAY be a discrimination suit and/or investigation into racial profiling. So instead of paying a ticket to Roselle Park, NJ Violations Bureau for less than $100 for too-dark window tint, after going through "the meat grinder", Twyne may sue for a 6 or 7 figure settlement! And NJ taxpayers will write the check!

As more info on the case comes to light, we'll be sure to share it along with our expert analysis & commentary.

TIRED OF SEEING RED MOMMIES? HELP INACKER SEE TEAL!  TURN THE SEA OF RED TO TEAL BY HELPING THE DC PROJECT!

by Black Wire Media Friday March 6, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Mom's Demand Action, the Bloomberg (remember him, he ran for President) funded group who's goal is total disarmament and NOT "gun sense" doesn't like losing! The long, saddened faces displayed by the Mommies in RED at the Atlantic County, NJ Freeholders meeting at the passing of the "unimportant" 2nd Amendment Sanctuary Resolution proves it and will long be remembered! It's obvious their side isn't used to losing! Too bad! Let's work together to keep it that way! Let's get our side in a "uniform" of sorts to be a counter-visual to the red shirted KARENS demanding to see the Manager! LET'S TURN THE ROOM TEAL! Help us by #DoingSomething

NJ's DC Project Ambassador & CNJFO Communications Director Theresa Inacker needs help turning the "sea of red" legislators (and the media!) look to for direction into TEAL, the official DC Project color! Inacker has a strong, well-established committee of more than two dozen 2A Patriots, working women all, that could use some help "teal-ing" the group as they visit NJ legislators to educate them about firearms rights at our state capitol in Trenton. These women travel at their own expense, so CNJFO thought running a "You Buy One -- We Buy One" Campaign to outfit our NJ entourage in TEAL would be a great way to support their volunteerism!

Each teal shirt will cost us approx. $30. You can help outfit our 2A Educators by going to: www.cnjfo.com/Sys/Store/Products/34494 and making a donation of $20 or MORE (in increments of $20) to help outfit our local DC Project ladies SO RED WON'T BE THE ONLY COLOR LAWMAKERS SEE! We need enough donations to supply  (30) volunteers with TEAL shirts, as Inacker's efforts are ongoing statewide. The above link is for DONATIONS ONLY!

If you wish to purchase a shirt FOR YOURSELF and have it shipped to you, GO HERE: http://www.dcproject.info/shop .

Help us spread the message to wear teal, #tealfor2a, to be a counter visual to the red shirts of Moms Demand! If you are interested in a teal "Educate not Legislate" official DC Project t-shirt, visit http://www.dcproject.info/shop. If you want to join the national DC Project, go to dcproject.info/join . One Township at a time. One County at a time! Thanks for supporting us! ---Theresa Inacker, NJ DCP Ambassador

CNJFO TRUSTEES HOLD REORGANIZATION MTG.  DANIEL GRDOVIC ELECTED INTERIM PRESIDENT!

by Black Wire Media Tues. March 3, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The Board of Trustees of The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners (the organization's governing body), proudly announce that a reorganization meeting was held where we elected a new (interim) President. Founding Trustee Daniel Grdovic was unanimously elected to a one year term and charged with establishing a search committee to find his replacement. This was done to allow the Board the necessary time to follow the organization's established bylaws while searching for the best possible candidate to fill former CNJFO President Matthew Andras' executive position. Due to work responsibilities Andras can no longer dedicate the time needed to chair the Executive Committee as President. Andras has been President since CNJFO's inception, and will remain on the Board as a founding Trustee, ensuring a smooth transition.

When reached for comment, President Grdovic said:

Matt has taken the organization as far as he can, and now it's time to thank him for all he's done. My vision is to ensure we have sufficient volunteer engagement and appropriate leadership to allow the organization to grow to meet and exceed the needs of the NJ firearm owner. We intend to establish a committee to conduct a search for my replacement as interim President. We will continue to provide the community activism we have become famous for while maintaining our myriad social activities geared towards communicating our message to firearms enthusiasts throughout the state. We'll plan and execute additional training events open to all, continue to aggressively respond to attacks on our freedoms, and perhaps most importantly, continue to petition our government for redress with respect to those freedoms. Our way of life is under attack, particularly with the passage of ERPO/Red Flag laws, therefore we must remain cohesive and vigilant, with all gun owners working together to have these unconstitutional laws struck down!

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Daniel Grdovic was introduced to firearms by a family member while in his twenties. It took several years before he was no longer cowed by governmental intrusion into our lives and joined the firearms community in January of 2009 upon the issuance of his first FPID. Grdovic promptly fell headlong into the hobby, having learned the nuances and pitfalls of NJ firearms law along the way. Grdovic is a founding Trustee of the Coalition, having served on several committees.

Grdovic is a member of Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club, a lifetime NRA member & certified Pistol Instructor, a member of ANJR&PC (our state NRA Assoc.), an avid hunter, Scout Master to his son Jake's Troop, and enjoys the camaraderie of our diverse shooting community. Dan hunted pheasants with us last Saturday, where he was introduced as CNJFO's newly-elected President.

Believing that many people hold false opinions about guns without having ever touched one, Dan feels our mission as gun owners is to be welcoming and introduce as many people to the shooting sports as possible, especially women and kids. "Some will walk away not liking it, however they will be informed and not ignorant". It's his belief that the firearms community is a big tent - there is room for everyone of every background and calling. We think Dan Grdovic's vision & energy will lead CNJFO far into the future. Congratulations from all of us!

CNJFO ANNUAL PHEASANT HUNT HUGE SUCCESS!  2A PATRIOTS & HUNTERS FIGHT TYRANNY IN UNITY!

by Black Wire Media Sun. March 1, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners held its annual Pheasant Hunt fundraiser at Giberson Farms & Preserve in Pemberton Twp., NJ on Saturday February 29th, fielding (30) pheasant hunters in total. Two sold-out sessions (morning & afternoon) utilizing all 3 available fields were needed for our 6 squads.

Sign-in started at 7:15am, and each hunter received their Gun For Hire goody bag loaded with all sorts of swag. Each 5-person squad received 25 stocked pheasants, and an expert guide/handler with trained bird dogs. The stiff wind was a challenge and thanks to the guides & their dogs, our hunters were up to the task, with everyone sharing the bounty. Breasted by Giberson's staff while-you-wait, your game is cleaned, rinsed & zip-locked ready for transport.

As the morning crew comes in from the fields and the afternoon squads start arriving we hold our special fundraising luncheon featuring Giberson's delicious hot dogs & fixin's along with Hog Hunt pork roast supplied by CNJFO Vice President Dave "Rosey" Rosenthal. As an added bonus this year, fellow Op-Ed writer & CNJFO member Lee Ollivier brought a marvelous slow-smoked pork & Sweet Baby Ray's to everyone's enjoyment. Both men went home with EMPTY crock pots!

During the luncheon we held the prize raffles for the great gifts donated by our sponsors. Platinum sponsors Henry Repeating Arms, NRA-ILA, SAF, and Gun For Hire, together with silver sponsor Speedwell Targets made sure our hunters were all well taken care of. CNJFO kicked-in some outerwear, D-Lead wipes, and some "Charlie-the-Perp" paper targets printed by Speedwell.

Highlights included seeing fathers & sons hunt side-by-side, with several new hunters being mentored by fellow squad members & our guides. 16 year old USPSA Grand Master static steel champion Emily Cutts, from Team TandemKross, attended as a guest of Anthony Mills, who was unable to attend. Cutts, who brought along her father Doug (he supplied most of these images), harvested her first pheasants with us using a 20 ga. pump. A beautiful cockbird (male ring neck pheasant) taken deep in the woods where beginners usually come up empty, is worthy of mounting!

Additional highlights include our very own Communications Director & newly elected Trustee, Theresa Inacker, learning how to flush her own pheasants. Theresa & her Benelli are a force to be reckoned with. CNJFO Treasurer Jack Pyle and newly-elected President Dan Grdovic helped Hunt Chairman Rosenthal run the raffles & keep things organized. Grdovic also attended the Predators Hunters' meeting later that evening. Everyone had a great, safe time and said they want to do it again next year!

CNJFO Pheasant Hunt Chair Dave Rosenthal summed up why the Coalition runs events such as this. "CNJFO is proud to be the "bridge" between the 2nd Amendment & hunting. 2A Patriots get to experience the thrill of the hunt and make great role models for hunters to follow. Each side of the equation gains education & experience about the other in a "team-building" format, and TOGETHER provide a more unified voice for gun ownership in the Communist People's Republic of New Jerseystan. Thanks for being a part of our special day!"

*BREAKING* REPORTS OF GUN POINTED FROM ROOFTOP AT UNARMED CIVILIANS, POLITICAL OPPONENTS AT DEMOCRAT EVENT IN NEW JERSEY

    Blackwood, New Jersey, Blackwire Media-March 1, 2020

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stumped in South Jersey Saturday on behalf of U.S. House Rep. Donald Norcross in his campaign for re-election.

Pelosi was joined by New Jersey Governor, Phil Murphy (D) and Senator Corey Booker (D), all of whom are staunchly against Second Amendment rights, and are known to push for gun control.

The Democrats were met by hundreds of peaceful protestors who filled the sidewalk at Camden County College, demonstrating and holding pro-Second Amendment and pro-Trump signs.

A civilian on the sidewalk snapped this photo, showing a member of the Democrats’ security force, dangerously pointing a firearm at the crowd of civilians. By any standard, this unequivocally violates basic safety rules and calls into question training, and protocol.

William J. Hayden who attended the protest said:

“You can clearly see he is pointing the weapon at us. This is why they want complete and total disarmament of the civilian population. And in New Jersey, where the right is diminished, this should be a wake up call to even those that think only the government should have firearms....”

Pointing a rifle at one’s political enemies could be aggravated assault at a minimum, but worse, it bears the hallmarks of tyranny.

New Jersey is one of the most infringed states in the nation. Less than .01 percent of gun owners in the state have carry permits. The standard for carry permits requires the applicant to prove “justifiable need”. Hardly anyone can meet the standard, even those who have been threatened by criminals, and repeatedly kidnapped.

Updates will be posted as they become available.

RED SHIRTS DEFEATED AS MONMOUTH CO. VOTES 2A!  FREEHOLDERS LET #2AHeavyLifters SPEAK THEIR MIND!

by Black Wire Media Friday Feb. 28, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Mom's Demand Action LOST yesterday, even after using their usual playbook to gain attention. Our NJ 2A Heavy Lifters saved the day, spoke from the heart, gave FACTS, and convinced the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders to pass a resolution declaring Monmouth County, NJ to be a 2A Sanctuary! Much like the Red Coats of June 1778's Battle of Monmouth---held at approximately the same location, the Freehold Courthouse---Mom's Demand was in RETREAT!

"CNJFO wishes to extend applause to our friends in the New Jersey Second Amendment Sanctuary Movement for their continuing action and wins in the state. Last night, Monmouth County joined the movement.  Congratulations to all involved in the fight!" ---CNJFO's Dan Grdovic

"Today I had the rare opportunity to be in the presence of a true New Jersey politician/ stateswoman . A person who understands the constitution, and can very eloquently speak on the subject. And who still believes in the rule of law. Thank you Freeholder Burry. It was a pleasure meeting you." ---Mark Cheeseman

The New Jersey 2A Sanctuary movement is catching a LOT of attention these days, especially the local NJ media that tends to lean left of center. The People have had enough, and this is BACKLASH to several years of previous & constant attacks placed onto law-abiding citizens and the 2nd Amendment as a whole. Tyranny is at our doorstep! People who don't own guns are waking-up (finally) to realize the 2nd Amendment holds the sacred lock that sustains all of our precious Bill of Rights.

    And they're JOINING OUR RANKS!

"To the Freeholders thank you!!! Lillian Burry, you fully understand the Constitution, and are a Rockstar. Tom Arnone (Freeholder Director---Ed.) you run a tight ship with that Board, and we appreciate your efforts today!! Again thanks all!!!" ---William Hayden

Social media is exuberant today over last night's win. Our #2AHeavyLifters know the War isn't over. YOU can help defeat the Red Shirts! How you ask? Simple. Go to http://www.nj2asanctuary.com to download resolution samples and get involved with your town board or county! One town, one county at a time! And keep the Rec Coats (Mom's Demand) on DEFENSE!

LISTEN TO THE DOCTOR! New Jersey native and pediatric Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. John Edeen testifies before the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs.

If your doctor prescribed a life-saving device for you, or for your children, would you use it? It would defy common sense and human nature to ignore such advice. Preservation of health and life is his expertise, and that recommended live-saving device is your firearm.

Listen closely as Dr. John Edeen, Membership Director of Doctors for Responsible Gun Ownership (DRGO) testifies before they Texas Senate. Dr. Edeen explains why concealed carry saves lives, whether in dark parking garages after midnight, or in active-shooter situations in hospitals.

NEW JERSEY 2A WOMEN TEAM UP IN STATE-LEVEL DC PROJECT. Kick Off Mission to Educate!

By Black Wire Media Wed. February 26, 2020 http://www.cnjfo.com/join-us

[Forked River, New Jersey.]  Pro-Second Amendment women met with District 9 Legislators, Senator Christopher Connors, Assemblywoman DiAnne Gove and Assemblyman Brian Rumpf in their district offices in Forked River, New Jersey.

The women of the DC Project-New Jersey Team, are a group of female firearms owners and advocates inside one of the most heavily infringed states in the nation.

The women are on a mission. Safety will only be achieved through education. The team is determined to establish relationships with their legislators, and to be a resource on firearms safety.

The District 9 officials were sincere and supportive. Each listened to the women describe why they are Second Amendment advocates. The women recanted incidents of domestic violence, break-ins, personal security and love of country and Constitution. The women expressed that gun rights infringements do more harm than good, and make us defenseless and at risk.

Melissa Deeney, owner of Legacy Indoor Range and Armory provided the business perspective in a state hostile to both business and firearms.

The team already has plans to meet with two additional sets of Legislators. This will be an ongoing and continuous mission. Second Amendment rights are women’s rights, and vigilance is the key. #DoingSomething #2A #TealFor2A

For more information, and to support the mission of The DC Project, go to http://www.DCProject.info

If you are interested in joining this team of women, contact CNJFO Communications Director and NJ Team Leader, Theresa Inacker at Theresa@cnjfo.com.
