HONOR THE FALLEN! THEY DIED FOR OUR FREEDOMS!
GO TO THE RANGE & PUMP LEAD; BEERS COME LATER!

by Black Wire Media Friday May 24, 2019 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

WAR! It's a hell of thing AND it can be a living hell for those caught in a never-ending battle in their minds. This Monday we celebrate freedom. Yours and ours. Freedom bought with BLOOD! For the blood of Patriots gets spilled every-so-often, even when no state of War exists. Training accidents, black ops in places with no names, terrorism, even suicide over survivor's guilt. They ALL count as paying the highest price, the greatest measure a man or woman CAN give. This weekend don't thank a Vet, their turn comes November 11th. Instead, celebrate your FREEDOM that was paid-for in BLOOD! Go to the Range & TAKE A KID WITH YOU!

CNJFO's ROGERS AMICUS BRIEF HELPS SCOTUS GRANT CERT?
ON MAY 23RD WE LEARN FATE OF OUR PLEA FOR RELIEF!

by Black Wire Media Wednesday May 15, 2019 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners joins NRA Board of Director Anthony Colandro and famed firearms attorney Evan Nappen in praying for relief from NJ's unconstitutional firearms laws. We're looking forward to next weeks decision by SCOTUS to GRANT CERT (accept the case) for the Rogers carry case! We have worked tirelessly for NJ gun owners rights since our inception just four short years ago, and have contributed greatly to the historical trek that's so close to unfolding before our eyes. None of this would be possible without the help, financial support and resolve of our members, sponsors, friends and supporters, all of whom are forever in our hearts. We thank you ALL!

A little history on how we got to where we are:

The Rogers Amicus Brief CNJFO helped fund came to fruition due to Jay Factor's extraordinary ability to memorize the chronology of the first laws that governed NJ, and his data collection via rather expensive hand-written journals that pre-date the very formation of this country! He, together with their attorney (and now ours), David Jensen, and both Cheeseman and Jillard, asked us to help finance the brief. We did so with their permission and at their direction using SOME of the funds collected during the Matching Funds campaign the Coalition ran and supported for the Cheeseman-Jillard carry cases in NJ. Cheeseman, Jillard and Factor all are personally invested in this brief and are named as fellow petitioners. Mark Cheeseman and John Jillard were both denied carry permits by a NJ Superior Court Judge. Then denied again. Both cases are now stagnated at the appeal stage; NJ Supreme Court seems to be waiting for SCOTUS to grant cert on Rogers?

As we prepare to walk the path to righteousness TOGETHER, please consider renewing your membership or JOINING for the first time! You don't even have to be a NJ resident in order to receive the federal tax deduction for joining or donating to us since we're a 501(c)3 non-profit! TO JOIN: www.cnjfo.com/join-us . Thanks in advance and stay tuned for upcoming NEWS about the US Supreme Court decision to hear Rogers!

INACKER ADMITTED TO THE SUPREME COURT BAR!
    CNJFO COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR TAKES OATH!

by Black Wire Media Monday May 13, 2019 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Theresa Inacker, Communications Director for the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners, did swear an oath and was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar earlier today in Washington, D.C. A bucket list item for the former Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal, Inacker took her daughter Mary on the trip to show her to always follow her dreams. The mother-daughter duo watched Justice Kavanagh read the Apple opinion, and Justice Thomas read two others. Associate Justice Ginsburg and Chief Justice Roberts both came to speak to the admissions group after the formal proceeding.

Inacker has been an attorney for 19 years since graduating from Seton Hall Law School here in NJ. An avid gun owner, target shooter and pheasant hunter, her volunteer career in 2A advocacy is known throughout NJ and we're proud to have her as our Communications Director! TV appearances, interviews, quoted by state & nationally syndicated newspapers, representing the Coalition at 2A Rallies, Inacker pours her heart & soul into the 2nd Amendment. From all of us at the Coalition, Congratulations on this great achievement and continued success in all your endeavors!

ARMED CITIZENS CAN TELL THEIR RULERS "NO!"
    LEFT: "CONFISCATE, CONFISCATE, CONFISCATE!!"

by Charly Coogan for Black Wire Media May 13, 2019 www.cnjfo.com

The Progressive Liberal anti-gun narrative is NOT aimed at creating the best public policy, but at disarming those citizens the Liberal elite looks down upon – those for whom weapons represent their last-ditch ability to respond to Liberal overreach.

The Progressive Liberal argument for gun control, and/or total civilian disarmament, is based upon the desire of Liberals for total supremacy.

By misrepresentation, buzz words, distortion, hyperbole, and outright slander, most Progressive Liberals lie about their ultimate aim, which is to ban and confiscate all privately owned weapons.

They adopt a pose of semantic reasonability, yet their positions are not susceptible to change because of evidence, facts or law. None of those matter – they already have their conclusion. This has to do with power – their power.

The Second Amendment is NOT a part of a Bill of Needs, nor of a Bill of Wants; it is the ultimate step in REAL ProChoice; the Second Amendment is the teeth in the Bill of Rights.

Progressive Liberals have no qualms about sharing their bigoted beliefs about the working class, the Wal-Mart shoppers, the Chick-fil-A eaters; they are those who wallow in white guilt; they look down on people who get dirty working to survive and feed their families or on those who bleed and die in their wars to protect Liberals' rights to be narrow minded Liberal assholes. The insecure Left are the self deluded posers who lie about their own bigotry and who hide their hatred of freedom.

Put simply, Liberal elitists don't like the fact that, at the end of the day, an armed citizenry of oh-my-god common people can tell them, "No."

    EDITOR'S NOTE:
Vietnam Vet Charly Coogan is a retired Dean from a NJ college. He's witnessed first-hand how & why we're in our current situation, and from time-to-time sees a need to enlighten the masses. We welcome input from knowledgeable writers, and this tell-it-like-it-IS Op-Ed is Charly's second piece for us at CNJFO. We hope you digest it and become more aware of your surroundings.

WHEN WILL WE STOP MAKING THE KILLING FIELDS?
    COLORADO INCIDENT SPURS A PATRIOT's OP-ED!

by Eric Saperstein for Black Wire Media May 7, 2019 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Here we go again ... let me simplify it. Those with thoughts and prayers be quiet you're not helping in any way shape or form.

Those screaming for gun control ... you're making it worse; grow up already and realize "mass murders" happen in the free killing fields you created by your own fears and cowardly means of delegating your own obligation to protect yourself, your family, and your community.

The end of an evil event directly correlates to the arrival of the good guys with the guns. The first responders are those on scene when the shit hits the fan. Arm, train, and equip them to respond.

Your signs and laws and prayers failed so please step aside and let the adults willing to make a difference stand up and defend what matters.

We protect our money, celebrities, politicians, executives, and things that so called matter with guns. But sure when it comes to kids hang up a sign with a red circle around the gun and pray cause that shit works so well.

FIRING BLANKS ATTRACTS INTEREST AT CNJFO BOOTH!
2A COMMUNITY OUTREACH AT ABSECON SPORT SHOW!

by Black Wire Media Monday May 6, 2019 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

The deluge on Saturday at the first-ever Absecon, NJ Outdoor Sportsman Show didn't stop folks from standing in line at our booth to fire a blank charge of FREEDOM-making black powder! This inaugural event, chaired by CNJFO member Sandy Hickerson, provided the perfect setting to discuss 2nd Amendment issues & current events with the public. It was the Coalition's first community outreach project in South Jersey. CNJFO Treasurer Jack Pyle answered lots of questions on the state of the 2nd Amendment in NJ, handed out brochures & business cards, sold swag, memberships & apparel, and tickets for the Muzzleloading Experience. CNJFO used a 10' x 10' pop-up so everything would stay dry at this rain or shine event.

NRA Double Distinguished Expert Muzzleloader (the Country's first) and Coalition VP Dave "Rosey" Rosenthal mentored the public on survival and how important the 2nd Amendment was during the 1830's using his 10 gauge side-by-side double-barrel percussion shotgun. Participants ranged in age from 5 to 75, with each using a powder measure to pour 50 grains of black powder into Rosenthal's scattergun. Using a custom range rod, Rosenthal then had our eager shooters apply a wad to pack the black powder charge so it burns more efficiently. After donning eye & ear protection, shooters were instructed how to hold & operate the shotgun correctly. The gun fired with every trigger pull, over 100 times, without a misfire, even in pouring rain! Ear-to-ear smiles are fun to watch, and the muzzleloading experience, a first for CNJFO (but not Rosenthal) did not disappoint! Absecon Mayor Kim Horton opened-up our booth with the ceremonial first black powder blank (see video in yesterday's story)!

CNJFO is growing, as is firearms ownership in NJ. Women and youth are the two largest expanding demographics, and most yearn for help with the overbearing firearms rules. That's where our readers, friends, sponsors and members can help. Please consider joining our Community Outreach Committee so we can attend more events and spread the message of firearms rights being a primary civil right! We'll supply the materials, train you so you're comfortable speaking to small groups, and assist you in finding venues to set-up at. Volunteers are the lifeblood of any grass roots organization, and CNJFO is GROWING. We NEED YOUR HELP to fulfill our mission! Message us here or on our website: www.cnjfo.com .

Readers please remember that NJ residency isn't required to be a member and we're a 501 (c)3 tax-exempt non-profit, so any US tax payer can receive a deduction for their support! Remember, what happens in Jersey DOESN'T STAY IN JERSEY, so please help us to put a stop to it HERE before it spreads! Thanks from all of us!
