CNJFO's PRESIDENT ISSUES QUARTERLY REPORT TO MEMBERS! DAN GRDOVIC LETTER A LIST OF NJ 2A ACCOMPLISHMENTS!

by Black Wire Media Mon. Nov. 30, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Dear Members,

On February 17, 2020, the CNJFO Executive Board, as dictated by the Constitution and Bylaws conducted an election for an interim President. At that time, I was elected to an interim term, not to exceed 12 months while the organization conducted a search for another President.

Since then, despite Covid lockdowns, CNJFO has been active. We have had regular monthly executive board meetings and the organization continues to spread our positive message and foster safe, and educational Second Amendment events.

We have also provided regular reporting on Second Amendment infringements, proposed ‘gun-safety’ legislation, proposed fee increases, as well as ongoing situations in the media. Our news division, known as Black Wire Media, is under the direction of Dave Rosenthal, our Editor in-Chief. He and his staff have broken several stories that went viral. Two Lacey Twp., NJ incidents involving governmental overreach denying the 2A rights of high schoolers and their families. The Marine who was almost jailed for (2) standard capacity magazines our Country gave him and shipped home in his footlocker when he was injured by an I.E.D. in the Sandbox (the Mike Harky story). There are many more.

We regularly post news-breaking, in-depth stories on Facebook, and since early this year, John Petrolino has been assisting us and mirroring those articles on our website as well. https://www.cnjfo.com/news

In January, we conducted a Hog Hunt at Mohr’s and became part of history by attending & interviewing several patriots at the huge 2A Rally in Richmond, VA. where 20,000+ gathered. In February we conducted a Pheasant Hunt at Giberson’s using all three hunting fields both morning & afternoon.

Since Covid, we've done the following:

· Assisted the DC Project, NJ Chapter by donating branded shirts.

· Appeared on the Stop Gun Bans Podcast hosted by Michael Zubick

. Distributed John Petronlino’s book “Decoding Firearms” to all of our life members.

· Attended Telco Sportsmen's Club Monday Night Trap League, mentored & spoke to their members.

. Attended Old Bridge Rifle & Pistol Club's "Old West Shoot", mentored & spoke to their members.

. Black Wire Media, CNJFO's news division, wrote an op-ed on the St. Louis brandishing incident that went viral. Gun For Hire Radio used it in a podcast, creating world-wide exposure.

. Reached out to our Legislators and the State Police regarding continued infringements of our Second Amendment.

· Received a reply from our Legislators in District 24 – Thank you to Senator Oroho and Assemblymen Space and Wirths!

· We have been listed on Anthony Colandro’s Quarantine Crawl https://gunforhire.com/crawl/

· Attended and spoke at Tony Simon's "The 2nd is for Everyone: Diversity Shoot" held at Heritage Guild, Easton, PA.

· Attended and supported the Wistarburg Ruritan Scholarship Clay Shoot.

· Attended Grand Opening of the Recoil Range in Monroe Twp., NJ. Spoke to owners about ANJR&PC. Mentored.

. Attended and exhibited at the Rod of Iron Freedom Festival at the Tommy Gun Warehouse.

· Established a relationship with the Connecticut Citizens Defense League's President, Holly Sullivan. CCDL has similar issues and goals, so info & ideas exchanged will help both state's gun owners.

. Theresa Inacker, CNJFO Communications Director, attends NRA's Women's Leadership Summit at Cambridge, MD.

. Appeared on John Crump’s Fireside Chats on October 19. https://podcast.crumpy.com/

· Attended Freehold Fin, Fur and Feather Club's Sporting Clays. Spoke to members & made a $100 donation to help offset increased ammo expenses incurred in their Boy Scout training program to be held during buck week.

. Currently assisting the Firearms Policy Coalition, ANJR&PC, and the NRA in finding plaintiffs for lawsuits being filed on behalf of all gun owners in New Jersey.

. We had several youth firearm training days scheduled, which, due to Covid had to be cancelled for now. We anticipate running those events as soon as we are able to allow a larger crowd to gather indoors.

One of our members mentioned in passing that had they known where we were appearing at a particular event that they would have attended. Going forward, we will ensure that we reflect our future appearances in our event listing on Facebook to inform the general public.

We ran a history-making Sporting Clays event at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays in Coplay, PA on November 15th. Tickets were available on our website, https://www.cnjfo.com/events. 55 shooters came together to fight bad gun law, the biggest fundraiser we ever held. Thanks to all that attended or volunteered in any way!

We have a Hog Hunt on Sunday January 3rd on Mohr's Island in Bainbridge, PA (near Harrisburg). Almost sold-out, just 1 spot left! www.cnjfo.com/Event-3676112

We're holding a Pheasant Hunt at Giberson Farms in Pemberton Twp., NJ on Saturday February 6th. Go to https://www.cnjfo.com/Events-4052517 and specify morning or afternoon 1/2-day hunt!

As always, we are looking for volunteers who can attend an event and spread our message. Other volunteer options include writing articles, organizing events, chairing committees, etc. If you have a spare hour or so per week and would like to get involved in doing more than clicking LIKE for the Second Amendment, please feel free to email me at President@CNJFO.com.

Thanks!
