The Coalition of NJ Firearm Owners has scheduled our next Youth Range Day at Union Hill Gun Club on Sunday, November 17, 2024.
I am thrilled to announce our 2024 Youth Range Day. The event will be run under our proven program agenda. Participants will receive about 45 minutes of classroom training and instruction, a swag bag, and other options for raffles and door prizes. We will provide lunch for everyone involved; youth, parents, and our team of instructors and supporting crew. Every youth attending will have the opportunity to deliver 100 rounds of 22LR down range in a one-on-one instructor to participant ratio, overseen by Chief Range Safety Officers and an experienced crew.
We will have over 50 unique 22 caliber firearms available to provide a safe and fun experience. CNJFO offers the ONLY Youth Range Day with such a diversity of firearms representing lots of different actions, styles, sights and optics.
Registration per participant is $59 which includes classroom time, range time, ammunition, access to firearms, targets, lunch, swag, and other supporting gear … PLUS a custom, one-of-a-kind event t-shirt! Each registration includes lunch for both the child and one parent or guardian, an extra lunch is available for $20 per person if more than one parent attends with a participant.
Doors will open at 12:30 pm and we will plan to begin and run from 1 pm – 5 pm … instructors and support crew should report by 11:30 pm and are encouraged to stay through the complete cleanup.
We run this event entirely on volunteers and donated time and support. If you want to come and help as an instructor, kid wrangler, lunch crew, cleanup, handle the swag and raffles, etc. … please sign up! We can always use photographers and videographers to help provide memories! We appreciate your help! All volunteers receive lunch and a shirt!
