Cost per person is just $160 and includes 100 targets (full course), two catered meals, cold drinks all day, golf cart rental, goody bag, 8-color custom silk-screened T-shirt PLUS all of the fun memories you can pack in your vehicle for the ride home!

Registration opens at 8:45 am with a continental breakfast featuring bagels, muffins, danishes, butter, jellies, cream cheese, and a fresh-cut fruit tray. Orange juice, coffee, tea & hot chocolate.  Mingle with sponsors & see their wares, purchase raffle tickets for prizes donated by our sponsors and receive your complimentary CNJFO Lehigh Valley SC Fundraiser T-shirt (must pre-order during online payment,stating size) as well as a Goody Bag with swag.  Fill-out "Hold-Harmless" waivers & sign, leaving them in the designated collection box.  Each participant must fill-out a waiver.


During breakfast a Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays Safety Officer will 
conduct a brief Safety Meeting prior to our group hitting the course. Eye & ear protection is mandatory. No shot size larger than #7.  LVSC will give you ear plugs & loan you shooting glasses if you left yours at home.


Golf Cart rentals are included in everyone's package, as well as a full 100 target, 17 Station Course.  Bring your own shotgun & shells or you may rent a loaner shotgun & purchase shells at the office (from LVSC, inc.) prior to leaving the building.

Everyone will be assigned to a Squad.  A Squad Leader who is responsible for assisting those with less experience will be assigned to each foursome (per LVSC Safety Procedures).  One foursome per golf cart. Water Coolers will be on the course all day, and bottled water will be supplied to us at breakfast. Comfort Stations are provided all around the course.

Lunch time will be announced at breakfast, we're expected to all be off the course and back at the catering hall to visit with sponsors, buy raffle tickets, HAVE THE RAFFLES, and enjoy a wonderful catered BBQ Lunch consisting of 1/4 pound cheeseburgers & 
hamburgers PLUS Pulled Pork BBQ, a salad, corn on the cob, cold drinks, cookies & brownies, coffee & hot tea.  We have use of the catering hall/meeting room all day, so our sponsors can be given tables to display their wares.
