GHOST GUN CHASER TOLD DON'T MESS W/ TEXAS!  SAF SUIT GOING FORWARD, NJ AG IN JEOPARDY!

by Theresa Inacker for Black Wire Media

    Thursday August 20, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Yesterday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that New Jersey Attorney General Grewal is, indeed, subject to the jurisdiction of Texas courts. This means that a case brought against Grewal in Texas will proceed and go forward.

Attorney Grewal is known for filing a multitude of political cases in other states on issues tangentially related to anything in New Jersey, all while on the taxpayers’ dime. In this matter, a case was brought against Grewal, by the Second Amendment Foundation and Defense Distributed, a Texas company that produces and makes accessible, information about the 3D printing of firearms.

For background, Defense Distributed initially met resistance from the US State Department on "firearm exportation" concerns (the State Dept. always weighs-in regarding these matters--Ed.) because the internet is world-wide, but after litigation, entered into a settlement agreement which granted Defense Distributed a license to proceed.

New Jersey Attorney General Grewal, and nine other Attorneys General, sued the State Department over this license to distribute issued to Defense Distributed and an immediate injunction was ordered by that court.

Defense Distributed sued Grewal in a Texas court because Grewal sent a “cease and desist” letter, sent letters to internet service providers encouraging them to cancel their contracts with Defense Distributed, and actually threatened criminal sanctions against them at a press conference. Defense Distributed alleges that Grewal is violating its First and Second Amendment rights, and has engaged in tortious interference with the contracts with the internet service providers by trying to get their contracts cancelled, thereby threatening any commerce the company chooses to do.

Grewal singled-out Defense Distributed of Texas at a press conference, and threatened that he would “’come after’ anyone who is contemplating making a printable gun” and “the next ghost gun company.”

What NJ considers a "Ghost Gun" is a catch-all meaning that traps hobbyists. The NJ Attorney General considers blocks of aluminum that require extensive machining and fitting by hobbyists ---commonly known as "80% lowers" that BATF&E deems legal---to be "GHOST GUNS". In fact a strict interpretation of the NJ AG's rule deems muzzle loading firearms manufacture by black powder reenactors & artisans to be "ghost gun" manufacturing, punishable as an indictable offense (felony)! Making NJ a laughing stock yet again...

There is no evidence that a 3D printed firearm has ever been used in a violent crime in New Jersey.

Once he was sued for these actions, Grewal filed a motion to dismiss the case based upon a lack of personal jurisdiction. That motion was granted by a lower court. However, yesterday, the Court of Appeals at the Fifth Circuit held that Grewal is, indeed, subject to the jurisdiction of Texas courts for his actions, and, threatened actions, against Defense Distributed. Therefore, the case filed by Defense Distributed putting Grewal on the defense will proceed in federal court in Texas. This placed every taxpayer in NJ at JEOPARDY for the monetary pay-out as a result of Grewal's meddling.

In the decision, the court held that “Grewal’s conduct beyond sending the cease-and-desist letter confirms his intent to crush Defense Distributed’s operations and not simply limit the dissemination of digital files in New Jersey.” The court also held that Grewal has projected himself across state lines. These are all important factors when making a determination about jurisdiction.

The case against Grewal will proceed. With his penchant for filing "willy-nilly" lawsuits, especially those that try to crush the Second Amendment, and attempting to throw the weight of his unelected office across the country and against federal entities in furtherance of his political positions, this will be a case to watch.

While the decision is largely a procedural one, the court found that Grewal has INTERJECTED HIMSELF into matters in Texas, well BEYOND New Jersey's BORDERS, and he must face the consequences, whatever they may be.

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Theresa Inacker is the CNJFO Communications Director, and is tasked with keeping us "on-message". Her expert analysis (read "translation" so we all can understand) of legal proceedings and the merits upon which they're based come from being an attorney that's been admitted to practice law before the US Supreme Court. To put things in proper perspective, NJ AG Grewal doesn't have that standing and has to have underlings that do respond to SCOTUS for him.

Being first to merely post a link is great, but having brainpower on staff to make it digestible is even greater! We hope our readers appreciate the time & effort Inacker & all of her staff put in. The best way to show your appreciation is to SHARE THIS ANALYSIS!

RED FLAG VICTIM'S GUNS RETURNED 11 MO. LATER!  ALFRED CONTI STILL BEING SUED BY HIS DOCTOR!

by Black Wire Media Wed. Aug. 19, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Middletown, NJ's Alfred Conti was finally able to pick up his firearms, magazines, ammunition and NJ Firearms Purchaser ID card on Monday from Rumson Police HQ after a nearly 11 month ordeal that started with leaving his doctor a bad review on social media and getting viciously RED FLAGGED because of it. Conti was forced to oblige the famously "feel-good" yet-to-be-found unconstitutional law at 1:00am in his pajamas after his surgeon "shopped" for a judge willing to inflict NJ's Red Flag Law by signing the order.

In a decision handed down May 20, 2020 and reported by Black Wire Media's Theresa Inacker, the alleged "threat" upon which the original judge signed the confiscation order was found by judge Paul X. Escandon to be null and void, that the state did not even meet a preponderance of the evidence standard, which is merely more than 50%. The judge also found that while Mr. Conti may have used expletives, no threat was made. The judge also found that no threat of bodily harm was made, and there was no evidence to support that Mr. Conti is mentally ill, or a threat to himself or anyone else. Escandon ordered that Mr. Conti's firearms be returned to him forthwith. For as yet to be determined reasons, "forthwith" took almost THREE MONTHS!

Inaker's article of May 30th can be found on the Black Wire Blog (CNJFO's online "newspaper morgue") HERE: https://www.cnjfo.com/news/9008439

The Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners have written about and followed this fiasco since its inception, and have interviewed Conti multiple times (he has us on speed-dial!). An Italian kid that grew up in NYC with all of the baggage, stereotypes, sayings, rough edges and swearing that one could imagine. He tells his story as if he's part of the HBO series "The Soprano's". Conti drops F-Bombs like the Strategic Air Command, mercilessly carpet-bombing his conversations about his adventure with the NJ Court system. We can't blame him. Underneath all that self-admitted abrasiveness is a heart of gold that still donates a small portion of his fixed disability income to various charities.

Now that his firearms are back in his care, custody and control, Conti looks to an unsure future while still facing a defamation suit from his surgeon, and remains thousands in debt just fighting the Red Flag.

Conti has set-up a GoFundMe account to help with his legal bills here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/20rs0ehno0?utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=customer&utm_campaign=p_na+share-sheet&rcid=77b00c77ef9d4f008fc9ebf3de89a836&fbclid=IwAR0b5Q_68ILBJRoLTEUifd1wlR-VgV4ILEq_ImkfZkMENN3FXcpqatns2B4

Conti's criminal defense lawyer, Jason Seidman, left this on our Facebook page on May 20th this year:

"Al is a good man and this was quite a battle with testimony, speed bumps and surprises over several days. It's not over yet as the State has said they will consider an appeal. If they do, this will take months more. I hope that is not the case. For all saying the doctor and lawyer should pay his fees, they way this was crafted, is that they made the complaint to the police and the Rumson Police Department decided to file. That's why he likely wont get reimbursed for the fees related to the firearm case. They (the doctor & doctor's lawyer--Ed.) continue to be insulated for their actions while they cost Al. He is still dealing with the civil suit and could surely use some help paying for his civil lawyer." ---Jason Seidman, Conti's defense attorney

Conti is seeking a new civil attorney as his former one somehow was allowed to recuse himself after accepting thousands to represent him. Finding an attorney that wants or is willing to sue another attorney and his (former) doctor seems to be an uphill battle for the embattled Conti.

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Perhaps a word of advice is in order: Don't ever write a bad review if you're dealing with a vindictive doctor of means with an axe to grind and a repeated history of suing his patients! Our Communications Director Theresa Inacker was instrumental in this very involved story. Red Flag laws turn her stomach and give her migraines.

An attorney herself, she is a former editor of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal and has been admitted to the SCOTUS Bar, a requirement to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court. She speaks to groups (especially women's shooting groups) about Red Flags and a host of related 2A topics, as a representative of the Coalition, by scheduled appointment.

LADIES, GUNS ARE LIKE SHOES: FITTING NEEDED!  FIRST TIMERS TAKE NOTE: SIZE DOES MATTER!

by Hugh Kearney for Black Wire Media Sun. Aug. 16, 2020

    www.cnjfo.com/join-us

New shooters everywhere, they are non-stop. As a Pink Card holder (Gun Salesman allowed behind the retail counter in NJ), I can pick them out in the first 30 seconds of speaking to them. This is not a bad thing, cause Lord knows I was a new shooter once and have not forgotten that fact. Some Newbies are very interested in picking your brain. Others very sheepish on their approach, but then there are the ones that bring that guy or gal with them. You know the one -- the gun know-it-all that knows everything about guns.

Some first time buyers ask "how do I get a firearm"? Or where do I start? Often they wander in without a clue. No paperwork, no background check, no idea of the process. So I will gladly explain the otherwise tedious task, ridiculous laws and where to go and what to do.

And then the blank stare starts! The 1,000 Yard STARE!

In my previous rant I mentioned I have stories. Here's one we encounter too often. Now, I have been in the business of selling firearms for about 3 years. I take a different approach to sales, it's an investment and it has to work for you. And then you get trained (hopefully). So here we go...

So a guy and gal are at the counter, she has her permit paperwork out on the counter and they are discussing firearms. Now, in my head there is a lot going on, but I don't want to piss anyone off or discourage them, so my inside and outside voice is working here; its really hard sometimes. I keep that "inside voice" locked-up to avoid "problems".

This is a tale of a "gun guy" and a new buyer, a 30-something female. Well here we go again, lol! Every question she asked of me, HE answered.

Every firearm she inquired about, HE said "that's not right" or "NO". On a side note here, it's a goddamn pandemic, lol. Stuff is flying off the shelves, even 40 caliber!

He was clearly pushing ONE gun, cause HE owned it, his bear paws operate it fine, and she should have the same...

So after the 10th question asked of me and answered by him, I said, "young lady, what are you looking to do with this firearm and what's your experience with firearms"? She explains she's brand new to gun ownership, this is her first firearm, she wants it for target shooting and if need be, home defense.

Also to have time with the significant other.

The voice started inside my head: She's a KEEPER knucklehead! -- My inside voice said that! NOT out loud!

I looked at her hand and said, "you're a small to medium grip, and for newer shooters I like a firearm with a safety". After a few more minutes of me speaking and working with her, she ended up with a working firearm that fit her hands.

"I'll take this one" she said. He said are you sure??

"Dude, did you hear anything I just said in the last 10 minutes?" Oh my God, THAT came out, lol!" ---Hugh Kearney, Action Shooter & gun salesman

I only have her safety and being able to use the firearm in her best interest. She told you and demonstrated the grip was no good for HER on a full-sized frame pistol with double column magazine, she's a tiny lady (I was not that blunt, but I'd should have been)!

Moral of the story, let the salesmen do his/her job! Yes I know there are some salespeople that only want to sell top-of-the- line. But guys, not all of us are like that! I have a vested interest in your future in the shooting sports and I want you to be able to use the firearm, no matter the situation and have a good & SAFE time doing so. One size hand gun doesn't fit all the folks that walk into the store. What your boyfriend or husband shoots isn't necessarily a gun that FITS YOU! Fit is important in 2nd & 3rd shots hitting the intended target (this isn't the movies with one-shot stops), as well as recoil management.

I always take time to introduce people to different disciplines in our sport. And I want you to come back and tell me what a good time you had. A gun that fits YOU will work for you. With comfort & control comes safe handling & accuracy.

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Hugh Kearney wears many hats. Coming from a security background, he's escorted the famous while working on many details. As an action & tactical shooter, he enjoys USPSA and bowling pin shoots. As a gun salesperson, he's living proof of the 1,000% increase in new gun permit applicants. Today's story is one of many. We hope you enjoyed reading it as much as we did editing.

NJ FFL KULAK ARMS SPONSORS SHOOTING TEAM!  GUN SHOP OWNER FORMS ACTION SHOOTING SQUAD!

by Black Wire Media Thur. Aug. 13, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Richie Kulak is a full time LEO that loves the gun culture. He loves it so much so that when he leaves his "day job", he comes home to his Lawrence Twp., NJ basement "bunker" and literally surrounds himself with firearms spanning a 200 year history. Flintlocks to Glocks, he's got it all. Kulak established Kulak Arms in 1996, and up until 2017 his FFL business mostly catered to fellow LEO's and first responders. He "went public" in 2017 and the business "exploded". Kulak is a strong 2A proponent and relies solely on "word-of-mouth" advertising. At least he did until the end of July when he asked customer Bob Hess if Kulak Arms could somehow sponsor Hess's fondness for action shooting. Hess told Kulak he has friends that shoot with him. Team Kulak was born!

Kulak is a member of Central Jersey Rifle & Pistol Club, and our NJ state NRA Association, ANJRPC. Kulak is a full-service FFL with more on his shelves these days than Cabela's store in Hamburg, PA. Richie spends a lot of time educating the masses on what's needed permit-wise to purchase firearms in NJ. He has folks walking in without a clue, after reading their newspapers and watching the TV news, thinking they can merely traipse-in and walk out with a firearm. Because the news media makes it all seem so simple. Items such as background checks, mental health check, references, and the entire permitting process & timeline get conveniently left-out by the media as they bang the drum for more & more gun control.

Hess describes his favorite FFL as "A Gun Shop with a Heart!" and Kulak supports all sorts of local causes. He's by no means an easy mark, but he does have a heart of gold. There's almost always a cause or charity event he's supporting, so when you visit, be sure to ask how YOU can help! Because Gun People are the best people!

"I spend more time educating complete Newbies -- first time gun permit applicants -- than selling guns! I believe in establishing relationships. If you show up during my dinner, I'll offer you some. It's my Italian heritage, nobody leaves unsatisfied" --- Richie Kulak, Kulak Arms owner

Hess, a shooter since age 9, has six decades of shooting and gun collecting experience, and is the Team Kulak Captain. Hess's teammates are CNJFO member & supporter extraordinaire Ed Jackowski, and Zack Becker. The trio have been shooting local NJ action matches for years. Zack is the youngest and fastest at 29, Ed comes next at 51, and Bob, a young 69, competes with his Smith & Wesson revolver collection ("Wheelies" to those in the culture) and usually places lower in the finish order. This diverse team spans 40 years in age and represents 110 years of shooting experience!

"Zack is a "natural". He shot an ICORE match with a brand new S&W revolver he never sighted-in and Ed & I watched him engage 4 targets getting 8 X's. If Ed forgets to engage a couple of targets or has a brain fart, I can beat him! We're a team of what the shooting sports represents, the everyday shooter." ---Bob Hess, Team Kulak Captain

The "Action" disciplines involve practical shooting scenarios that require speed, accuracy and most of all, consistency. Drawing a loaded sidearm from its holster and engaging cardboard in various shapes & sizes containing scoring rings, and AR-500 rated steel plates that bullet impacts knock down are popular shooting targets in these action disciplines. Movement (sometimes known as "Running & Gunning") is often mandatory. "Action" means you're NOT standing in a port shooting S L O W L Y. Each discipline has its own set of rules as to size of target, order of engagement, number of shots allowed per stage, etc., and all three promote safe gun handling. Jackowski enjoys the local club competitions and is always challenging himself to improve his performance.

Team Kulak is currently setting their match schedule and awaiting delivery of their team uniform shirts, to our knowledge a first for any New Jersey gun store! Kulak Arms sponsorship of the team includes all match fees for the trio, as well as customized team uniform shirts and hats. FFL Richie Kulak became a newsworthy trendsetter without ever realizing it. We learned about the team through reading Hess's announcement on the New Jersey Gun Forums ( www.njgunforums.com ), an interactive site where NJ gun owners and those that wish to be ask a ton of questions and get knowledgeable answers, especially from "Pizza Bob" Hess.

Team Kulak shoots the following three action disciplines on a rotating basis three to four weekends a month: I.D.P.A. (International Defensive Pistol Association), U.S.P.S.A. (United States Practical Shooting Association), and I.C.O.R.E. (International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts). Tentative schedule for the bi-state based team includes USPSA at Shongum Sportsmen's Association the 1st weekend, ICORE at Lower Providence's range in PA on the 2nd weekend, 3rd weekend is currently open, and the 4th weekend is IDPA back at lower Providence in PA.

Kulak Arms handles both retail AND Police Dept. sales, gunsmithing, hydro-dipping, machining parts (machinist on staff), NJ compliance work (mag & muzzle pinning), consignments, estate sales, transfers, and hunting & fishing licenses as an official Agent of NJF&W. Kulak Arms is the official FFL doing all transfers for the local Ducks Unlimited chapter, donating his time. CNJFO's newest sponsor, Kulak Arms conducts basic to advanced firearms training. GUN CONTROL IS ALWAYS THE FIRST ANSWER!  22K "FEEL-GOOD GUN LAWS" AND COUNTING!

by Dan Grdovic for Black Wire Media Tues. Aug 11, 2020

    www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Good morning New Gun Owner! Welcome to the Party!

Are you WOKE to the crap that our politicians are trying to pull? How is it that they're blaming you (and me), people who follow the law, for the acts of criminals, crooks, thieves, assailants, etc?

Do you think I am kidding?

"Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) [Chicago] rejected calls for federal HOPE response [The National Guard] to the looting and violence overnight in Chicago, opting instead to push for more gun control. Lightfoot called for “common sense gun control,” saying, “We cannot continue to have circumstances where anybody and their brother can go across the border, or into other parts of Illinois, and bring illegal guns into the city of Chicago."

    https://www.breitbart.com/…/mayor-lightfoot-we-dont-need-f…/

Who do you think will be impacted by the Mayor's call for "common sense gun control"? Do you think that will be criminals? I am sure that they've just done what all you new gun owners in NJ have done, submitted to background checks, obtained your firearms ID cards, waited for your pistol permits, made sure that there were more than 30 days since your last purchase, and then waited anywhere from 5-7 days for your National "INSTANT" Crime Check to be run through NJ's NICS Portal, just to take possession of your firearm. RIGHT.

YOUR RIGHTS DON'T MATTER! So get over yourselves already! You're just another concerned individual looking to protect themselves and their family. Salt of the Earth. Too busy to PROTEST, too busy to WRITE your legislators, too busy to make waves. Well, that SH*T has to STOP! Here's your Memo: GET BUSY, or that Firearms ID Card will become rough toilet tissue! The Supreme Court is USELESS! This fight is PERSONAL! It's all up to YOU the Readers! Are YOU "WOKE"?

YOUR RIGHTS are under assault, not by masks or Covid, but by the same old, same old, despite no indications of any additional laws doing anything to 'reduce crime' or 'discourage future illegal activity'. It would be the length of a phonebook to discuss WHY criminals are not concerned about being caught with an illegal firearm, but suffice it to say, they're not worried about it. Therefore, the only individuals affected by additional gun laws is the legal gun owner. YOU, me and our friends & relatives!

Get it through your head, you've been targeted. You're on a list, and they're out to get you. And you're not paranoid if they REALLY ARE out to get you.

And before you discount it all and say "Aw heck, that's CHICAGO, not NJ" - realize that every gun control idea originates somewhere. The federal assault weapons ban (AWB), which is no longer in effect was modeled on NJ's own AWB that Gov. Florio signed into law. NJ's "One Gun A Month" came from VA, and CA just put forth a law to categorize "not a" weapons (ala "OTHER" from Troy, etc) as Assault Weapons, basically banning them. Also, other states, when instituting such onerous measures tend to grandfather existing uses, but not in NJ, our legislators just declare our legally bought equipment as now illegal -- BOOM! 3.5 - 7 YEARS IN JAIL for that which you previously bought legally.

Then, on top of all that, ask yourself -- why is what this nationally known Mayor said only being reported by a conservative news website?

    EDITOR's NOTE:

Dan Grdovic is CNJFO's President. He's also a founding Trustee, and has served continuously on several committees since our inception. From time-to-time he sounds-off on his favorite subject to hate -- NJ gun law. The STUPID (gun laws), it HURTS! Gun sales spike among African-Americans: 'Our ancestors died for us to vote, they also died for us to be able to carry guns'

BLACK GUNS DO MATTER IN AN UNCERTAIN WORLD!  ENLIGHTENED BUYERS THREAT TO OLD NARRATIVE!

by Black Wire Media Thur. August 6, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

WE ALL BLEED RED! Used to be the only folks that used guns in minority communities were the cops and gang-bangers. That idea is going the way of the prehistoric Dodo bird as millions of minorities take up legally-acquired arms, thereby exercising their Second Amendment rights FOR THE FIRST TIME, the same as everyone else in America! Frankly, the political narrative that helped to destroy the 2nd Amendment in Black communities especially, is now under attack from within the community itself, as enlightened minorities no longer can justify being at the mercy of politicians' feel-good laws that do nothing, miscreants, gang-bangers, rioters, and alleged protestors shouting to defend the Police!

Gun ownership through rugged individualism is a foreign concept to most in minority communities, and the 2A community has embraced all new gun owners equally. The narrative that "ALL GUNS ARE EVIL" and therefore must be heavily restricted or downright outlawed is being judged as foolhardy by minorities as millions of them arm themselves everywhere, not just in the inner cities. The uptick in violent crime since the "Defund Police" chants began is FACT and the eagerness to protect one's family in these uncertain times is palpable. Some NJ towns have seen a 1,000% increase in gun permit applications. Minorities are a big part of this increase as more are becoming "woke" to reality.

Philly's Maj Toure, a speaker at a past NJSAFECON, is the founder of Black Guns Matter, and quoted in this piece. The Coalition supports legal gun ownership for all Americans. We volunteer at Tony Simon's The 2nd is for Everyone: Diversity Shoot to ensure minorities have access to firearms handling, safety training, and live-fire lessons, the only 2A group in NJ to do so.

NO GUNS TO BE TRANSFERRED TODAY DUE TO RAIN!  NJ CLOSES NICS PORTAL WE ASKED BE ELIMINATED!

by Black Wire Media Tues. Aug. 4, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

To absolutely no one's surprise for those of us in the garden state 2A community, since a "state of emergency" was declared last night, the portal by which the state of New Jersey is the point of contact for all background checks in NJ is once again forced to close today. This, in effect, is akin to having the arsonist that set your house ablaze "kink your garden hose" while you're trying to put-out you're own housefire as you wait for the Fire Dept. to roll-up to the scene! Yes folks, our NJ government is THAT stupid, THAT ballsy, THAT brazen, THAT uncaring of your Constitutional right to bear arms!

As reported on Gun For Hire Radio Sunday, a 10-fold increase in permit applications for firearms --that's a ONE THOUSAND PERCENT jump---in several Monmouth County communities is the new standard by which our state's "garden hose" has to attempt to put-out the FIRE that is the newly "woke" gun buyer. An utterly impossible task (and getting worse by the day) given the limited manpower, assets, and relative unimportance the state powers that be have assigned to this growing mountain of backlogged applications. New gun buyers are waiting weeks & months for every step in the permitting process nightmare!

In our July 1st letter to New Jersey Governor Murphy, State Police Superintendent Callahan, AG Grewal and the entire Legislative bodies of both the Senate and Assembly, CNJFO and our co-signers called for elimination of the NJ NICS portal! These well-respected 2nd Amendment leaders joined us in asking for the antiquated NJ NICS background portal to be done away with:

Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs, Anthony Colandro, Tony Simon, The DC Project-NJ group, NJ 2nd Amendment Sanctuary. We thank them all for standing with us!

If 49 other states can rely upon the F.B.I. to do firearms permitting background checks, New Jersey can too! It's past time to retire this antiquated system from the mid-20th century!

COLANDRO: NJFPID's UP 1,000% IN SEVERAL SHORE TOWNS!  ANTHONY PRAISES CNJFO's NICK WONG FOR PERMIT PIECE!

by Black Wire Media Mon. Aug. 3, 2020 www.cnjfo.com/join-us

Getting new gun permit applicants into the 2A fold is job #1 for both the Coalition of New Jersey Firearm Owners and NRA Board member, Gun For Hire Range owner, ANJRPC Executive Vice President and outspoken 2A advocate Anthony Colandro. During yesterday's radio show on Gun For Hire Radio, Colandro read from a list of New Jersey shore towns in central New Jersey that are still experiencing a 1,000% INCREASE in NJ firearms permit applications over the same time period last year for the month of June.

During a current events segment he read an article that our Shows & Community Outreach Committee member Nick Wong wrote on July 23rd, which was picked up by Shore News Network because fellow committee member & author John Petrolino shared it to their Editor. We're proud of our cigar-smokin' staffer and our entire team here at the Coalition. This very entertaining broadcast also highlights Colandro's UNITY campaign, and he gives the list of NJ & NY 2A groups that he set up newly-generated hot links for on his website.

The creator of "EACH ONE, REACH ONE" is a true leader we should all get behind. Tune-in to the broadcast and for more info go to: www.gunforhire.com
